The natives called it Punta Pescadero (Fisherman's Point) for it's excellent fishing long before we arrived. Our cozy resort began as a haven for fisherman and still is. June, July and August is hot but best for fishing.
Choose between our fresh water pool adjacent to the cantina or a rejuvenating dip in the sea. Sea temperatures range from 85 degrees in the fall to 68 degrees in spring.
The rocks offshore reveal a teeming underwater life of fascinating flora
and fauna spanning the spectrum of the rainbow. No wet suits needed here
in the comfort of our warm sea.
Guests who aren't in the mood for aquatics find a variety of land-based pursuits for amusement at Punta Pescadero. Lighted tennis courts, ping pong tables and a beach volleyball court await those with a preference for organized sports. Accommodating those whose tastes run to less vigorous activity there are horseshoe pits. Our miles of beach afford fabulous shell collecting opportunities. There are many interesting species of sea and land birds for watching. Whale watching flights over schools of mammoth California Gray Whales offer spectacular experiences that only Baja provides.
